Nice pool, small corner with toys for children. Big parking. Bad: The staff doesn't speak English at all. It was difficult to communicate with them. We were lucky that there was a free table for buffet dinner, otherwise the reception suggested to us to eat in the city.

Nice place!

A strange place to find a nice hotel like this! In, or at list very close to an industrial area…. In the hotel area, you can not see that, and even if the hotel is a little bit `90s, and all the pictures are hanging 2 degrees to the right, Its a hotel well worth visiting! Nice staff and breakfast too!

Wonderful

I liked the Hotel in total, the rooms and the sitting spaces, the garden, the food and the staff mainly the kitchen staff ? I liked also so much the sport equipments and the swimming pool. The location of the hotel is also nice, i could visit Seeblick and Boltenhagen which are very nice places! I totally recommend this hotel. Bad: The accessibility in summer holidays is quite difficult. Once in an hour can one go there with bus. Going with car would be perfect whenever possible.

Comfortable hotel with good spa/breakfast but limited local facilities.

SPA was not extensive but very nice. Pool big enough to swim and there were several saunas. Bubble bath was lovely (cost 2 euros extra). The bar-staff were very helpful and the outdoor patio with a pond and fountain was lovely. Bad: Location was not as good as expected. Industrial area and you need a car to get around. No local restaurants and the hotel restaurant was closed when we visited.

Good for one night (We had no choice, the last hotel with free room)

The rooms are clean and spacious. The daytime receptionist are friendly and very helpful. Bad: The parking fee. It should be free for hotel guests because the room fee itself was already expensive excluding breakfast.
