COVID-19: Important information for your stay at our hotel

Ladies and gentlemen,
dear guests,

We take your safety and well-being, as well as the one of our employees, as our utmost priority; therefore we have implemented and adhere to the highest standards of safety, hygiene and disinfection to address COVID-19 in collaboration with international medical experts and following the recommendations of the Robert-Koch Institute and the current Corona ordinance of the federal state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Please note that the federal regulations are subject to constant change, therefore all information on this website is without guarantee. We try to keep the information as up-to-date as possible.

An overview of our measures to ensure the safety of our guests and employees in the different hotel areas:


General

 

Who is authorised to stay at our hotel?

Hotel guests must present a valid vaccination or recovery certificate together with a negative test certificate no older than 24 hours upon arrival.

 

Where are the closest test stations?

There are several test facilities close to the hotel:

  • MEZ Gägelow, Marktstraße 1, 23968 Gägelow
  • DM-Drogeriemarkt, Zierower Landstraße 7, 23968 Wismar
  • Alter Hafen 7, 23966 Wismar (next to Adler-Schiffe)

Is the wearing of a mask mandatory in the hotel?

Yes, it is mandatory to wear a surgical mask or an FFP2 mask at all times in all public hotel areas.

 

Further measures taken by the hotel:

  • Disinfectant dispensers are available in all public hotel areas.
  • Our hygiene measures are signposted and there are markers for keeping the right distance.
  • Public areas are cleaned and disinfected at a higher frequency.
  • Access to lifts, public hotel areas, wellness area and toilets is limited to a certain number of people. For more information, please refer to the on-site signage.
  • For the protection of guests and employees, the front desk is secured with acrylic glass panes.

Gastronomy

A valid vaccination or recovery certificate together with a negative test certificate is required to access the restaurant.

Breakfast

Breakfast will be served as a buffet. You can choose from a variety of hot and cold dishes. Due to the current Corona regulations (minimum safety distance, etc.), the number of seats available in our restaurant is limited. Please book a table as early as possible at our front desk so that we can take your preferred timeslot into account. Timeslots are available between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

 

Dinner

Our restaurant Bellevue is open daily between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. for hotel guests only. A table booking is also required for dinner. Please reach out to our front desk. >> more information

The hotel bar is open for hotel guests as well. A reservation is not needed.

 

Room service

Due to the current situation we do not offer room service until further notice.

 

Half board

Choose between breakfast and half board when booking your room.


Wellness & Fitness

A valid vaccination or recovery certificate together with a negative test certificate is required to access the wellness & fitness area.

Swimming pools

The swimming pools are open daily between 10:00 a.m and 10:00 p.m. You need to make a reservation at the front desk for an 1-hour timeslot.

 

Sauna

Our saunas are open daily between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Please make a reservation for an 1-hour timeslot at the front desk.

 

Gym

The gym is open daily between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. A reservation is not necessary.

 

Massages and beauty treatments

Massages and beauty treatment cannot be offered at this moment.


Meetings and events

Event participants must present valid proof of vaccination or recovery together with a negative test certificate no older than 24 hours. Please note that due to the current situation our meeting room capacities are limited to max. 70 people. It is required to adhere to the current social distancing and mask-wearing regulations.
